I called cerrajero lock company because I locked the bottom lock of a unit I was staying in and the property didn't have a key for it, just the top key. Within around 5 minutes they answered and asked me to send them a picture of the lock. As the lock was not a traditional one, my hands were tied. When the locksmith saw the lock, he asked me a few questions and helped me to get in without sending a locksmith over. It was a Sunday, about to be dark, and I was in the middle of the city in a new place. Overall, I have no doubt that the company would have sent someone over in the next 30 minutes to help. The locksmith listened very attentively, was very polite and did everything he could to help me before sending someone over. I would not recommend calling them just to get into anyone's house, because the owner of the property was on the phone so the locksmith knew I was the tenant in question calling, but I would recommend them as an efficient company that will not leave you hanging if you are stuck outside or locked out of your car anywhere and makes every effort to help you, especially during an unexpected situation. So the next time you are locked out, give them a call.
